⚠️ Important Notice
Deleting your account is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, you will not be able to recover your account, game progress, or any associated data.
What Data Will Be Deleted?
- Your Google account authentication and profile information
- Game progress, match history, and rankings
- In-game currency (T-R-C tokens) and coin balance
- Multiplayer statistics and achievements
- Friends list and social connections
- Custom settings and preferences
- All PlayFab and Firebase stored data
Data Retention: Some data may be retained for up to 30 days for legal compliance, fraud prevention, and security purposes. Transaction records and blockchain data may be retained longer as required by law.
How to Delete Your Account
Method 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)
- Open the Trump-Royale app on your device
- Go to Settings or Profile
- Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm your decision and follow the prompts
- Your account will be deleted within 24-48 hours
Method 2: Email Request
If you cannot access the app or prefer to request deletion via email, send us a message with the following information:
- Your registered email address or Google account email
- Your in-game username/player ID (if known)
- Subject line: "Account Deletion Request - Trump Royale"
📧 Request Account Deletion
We will process your request within 7 business days and send you a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
After Deletion
Once your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to:
- Log in to Trump-Royale with your previous credentials
- Access any saved game data or progress
- Recover in-game purchases, currency, or T-R-C tokens
- Participate in ongoing matches or tournaments
- Access leaderboards or multiplayer features
You are welcome to create a new account at any time, but it will start fresh with no previous data.
