1. Information We Collect

Trump-Royale collects the minimum information necessary to provide our services. This includes:

• Account Information: Username, email address, and authentication details
• Gameplay Data: Match history, statistics, achievements, and rankings
• Device Information: Device type, operating system, app version, language, and general region, for compatibility and diagnostics
• Advertising Identifiers: Your device's advertising ID (Android Advertising ID / Google Advertising ID), used to serve and measure ads
• Purchase Information: Records of in-app purchases (items bought, price, and date), processed through Google Play Billing or Apple's In-App Purchase system
• Analytics: Anonymous or pseudonymous usage patterns to improve game performance and stability

Google Sign-In and Firebase: If you choose to link a Google account, we may receive information associated with your Google account, such as your email address, display name, and Google account identifier, depending on the permissions and authentication method used. We use Firebase Authentication and related Firebase services (including Firestore) to authenticate users, maintain accounts, and store game-related data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information solely for the following purposes:

• Providing and maintaining game services
• Creating personalized player experiences
• Matching players for multiplayer games
• Processing and fulfilling in-app purchases
• Serving and measuring advertisements, including personalized ads where permitted
• Detecting and preventing fraud or abuse
• Communicating updates, events, and promotions
• Improving game features based on player feedback

3. Advertising & Google AdMob

Trump-Royale displays advertisements using Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK). AdMob may collect and process the following to serve, measure, and personalize ads:

• Advertising identifiers (such as your Android Advertising ID)
• General device information, IP address, and approximate location
• App usage and interaction data related to ads shown

Where required by law, we request your consent before showing personalized ads through a consent prompt (see Section 10, Tracking Technologies & Consent). You may opt out of personalized advertising, or reset your advertising identifier, at any time in your device settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads on Android, or Settings > Privacy > Apple Advertising on iOS). Google's use of advertising data is further described in the Google Ads Privacy & Terms and Google AdMob data collection policy.

4. In-App Purchases

Trump-Royale offers optional in-app purchases, such as virtual currency, cosmetic items, and premium features. Purchases are processed entirely through Google Play Billing (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS):

• We do not collect or store your payment card, bank, or billing account details; these are handled directly by Google or Apple under their own privacy and payment terms
• We receive limited transaction data (item purchased, price, and timestamp) to deliver your purchase and maintain purchase history
• All purchases are subject to Google Play's and Apple's respective refund and billing policies
• In-app purchases are intended for users who are of legal age to make purchases in their jurisdiction, or who have parental permission where required

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

Trump-Royale does not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with:

• Service Providers: Cloud hosting and backend services (Firebase/Google Cloud), analytics, and app infrastructure partners
• Advertising: Google AdMob, for the purposes described in Section 3
• Payment Processors: Google Play Billing and Apple In-App Purchase, for transaction processing described in Section 4
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition

These providers process information according to their applicable terms, privacy policies, and contractual arrangements with us.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures may include secure authentication, access controls, encryption in transit, and appropriate security practices provided by our third-party service providers. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights & Controls

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Correction: Update inaccurate or incomplete information
• Deletion: Request account and data removal (subject to legal requirements); see our Account Deletion page
• Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from marketing communications and opt out of personalized advertising
• Data Portability: Export your gameplay data in a standard format

8. GDPR: Rights for EEA, UK & Swiss Users

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process your personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and equivalent UK/Swiss law. In addition to the rights in Section 7, you have the right to:

• Restrict or Object: Limit or object to certain processing, including processing based on legitimate interest or used for advertising
• Withdraw Consent: Withdraw previously given consent (such as consent to personalized ads) at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal
• Lodge a Complaint: File a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority

Our processing relies on the legal basis appropriate to each activity: for example, personalized advertising is based on your consent, providing game services and processing purchases is based on the performance of our contract with you, and certain activities such as fraud prevention and service improvement are based on our legitimate interests. We do not apply a single legal basis uniformly across all processing. Where your data is transferred outside the EEA, UK, or Switzerland (for example, to the United States for cloud hosting), we rely on recognized safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Data Retention: We retain account and gameplay information for as long as necessary to provide the game and maintain your account. When you request account deletion, we delete or anonymize associated personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or transaction-record purposes.

9. Children's Privacy

Trump-Royale is intended for users aged 13 and above and is not directed at children, consistent with the age rating and target audience declared for this app on Google Play. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly serve personalized ads to users in that age group. If we learn that such data has been collected, we will promptly delete it. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided us with personal information may contact us using the details in Section 14.

10. Tracking Technologies & Consent

We and our service providers may use mobile advertising identifiers, local storage, SDKs, and similar technologies to:

• Maintain account sessions
• Remember user preferences
• Analyze usage and app performance
• Serve and measure advertising, including personalized ads through Google AdMob

Where required by applicable law (including the GDPR and ePrivacy rules), we display a consent prompt before enabling personalized advertising for users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, using Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP).

Privacy Choices: Where required, you will be shown a consent request when you first use the app. You can later review or change your advertising and privacy choices through the Privacy Options feature available in the app's Settings. Declining or limiting tracking may result in less relevant ads, but will not stop ads from appearing.

11. Google Play Data Safety & Permissions

In line with the Google Play Developer Program Policies and the Google Play Data Safety requirements, we disclose the categories of data Trump-Royale collects and shares in the app's Data Safety section on its Google Play Store listing, consistent with this Privacy Policy. This includes data collected directly by Trump-Royale and data handled by third-party SDKs, such as Google AdMob and Firebase, used for app functionality, analytics, and advertising as described above.

Trump-Royale requests only the device permissions necessary for gameplay, such as network access and storage where applicable. We do not request permissions unrelated to the app's core functionality. You can review or change app permissions at any time in your device's Settings menu.

12. International Data Transfers

Trump-Royale operates globally. Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your residence, including the United States. We ensure adequate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, are in place for such transfers.

13. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically, including to reflect new features such as advertising, in-app purchases, or changes required by Google Play or Apple App Store policies. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Modified" date, and where changes are material, we will provide additional notice (such as an in-app notification). Continued use of Trump-Royale after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
